IGF
IGF : Internet Governance Forum คือการประชุมที่เปิดให้สามารถเข้าร่วมได้โดยมิต้องมีสภาพเป็นสมาชิก จัดตั้งโดย World Summit of the Information Society ในปี ค.ศ. 2006 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการดำเนินการด้านธรรมาภิบาลของอินเทอร์เน็ต ซึ่งมีรากฐานจากการประกาศสิทธิมนุษยชนของสหประชาชาติในปี ค.ศ. 1948 Article 19 มีใจความว่า “Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.”
